This course is oriented on the development of body flexibility and freedom in a movement by means of modern/afro/jazz dance techniques. To fully expand your flexibility potential the class starts from dynamical yoga exercises (30 mins), followed by learning of dance techniques (35 mins). A dance combination completes the class (25 mins).

I am  a dancer and solo-performer. I worked in a contemporary Boroditsky Denis Dance Company (BDDC), 2004-2007, Moscow. I regularly enriched my dance vocabulary through a number of workshops in Moscow, Stockholm and Vienna, among which are American Dance Festival, Dance Jazz Congress and  ImpulzTanz Dance Festival. From 2006 I lead modern and jazz dance classes in Moscow, Stockholm.  My teacher’s style Geraldina Armstrong (Afro-Jazz, Jazz Institute, Paris) and Denis Boroditsky (Contemporary dance, Moscow, BDDC) influence at most on my dance manner and teaching approach.
