Alessia Aurora Rizzi

I am dance artist and choreographer working at the intersection of movement, sound, and visual research. My work explores the body as a vessel of memory and i dentity , a site where vulnerability, resistance, and transformation coexist. Through collaboration, I seek to translate internal and social tensions into embodied form, revealing the fragile balance between control and surrender. Each creation begins from an emotional or philosophical question and unfolds through an interdisciplinary process involving music, visual art, and performance. I am interested in choreography as a living dialogue, a space where ideas evolve through encounter, friction, and poetic risk. My practice aims to open spaces of reflection and resonance, where both performer and audience can confront the shifting terrain of self and society.
